Role Overview


As a Lead Generation Trainee at Coozmoo Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients who align with our services and target markets. You will contribute to building a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads by conducting structured research, profiling businesses, and evaluating opportunities based on defined criteria.

This is a performance-driven, revenue-oriented role where you will gain hands-on exposure to sales processes, lead qualification frameworks, and pipeline management while directly contributing to the company’s business expansion efforts.



What You’ll Do


  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
  • Generate outbound leads via email outreach, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems
  • Support proposal follow-ups and appointment scheduling
  • Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements
  • Assist in building and refining lead generation strategies
