What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations, administration, and employee support
- Supervise office assistants, vendors, and oversee maintenance and housekeeping
- Track inventory, handle procurement, and manage company assets
- Please identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams
- Maintain positive employee relations and address operational needs promptly

- Have proven experience in operations and office administration
- Bring strong people management, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Can multitask, prioritize, and resolve challenges efficiently
- Are proactive, organized, and comfortable using digital tools for reporting
- Have basic IT awareness and can support troubleshooting when needed
- Manage vendors, purchases, and assets with ownership and accountability

Who Can Apply
