Role Overview


At Coozmoo Digital Solutions, people are our biggest strength. We are hiring for the role of HR to support recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and overall people processes. This role is a good fit for candidates at different experience levels, and responsibilities and ownership will vary based on experience and skills.



What You’ll Do


  • Support hiring activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
  • Help manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building activities.
  • Maintain HR data, reports, and compliance records.
  • Assist in performance review and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations smoothly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with teams and management for HR requirements.

  • Have interest or experience in Human Resources.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Are comfortable with HR tools, MS Office, or HRMS systems.

Who Can Apply


You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role covering recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR operations. Experience with HRMS tools and managing employee relations is essential.
