Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled PPC and Meta Ads Specialist (or Digital Marketing Specialist) to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create strategies to target the right audience.
- Ad Copywriting & Creative Optimization: Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team to create effective ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.), and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
- Budget Management: Manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximizing ad spend ROI.
- Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in PPC, Meta Ads, and digital marketing to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to align PPC and Meta Ads strategies with overall marketing goals.
